Here’s a summary of... read more Facebook Golden Valley Electric Assn. 16 minutes ago Congratulations to Access Alaska, Inc. – one of this quarter’s Good¢ents Foundation grant award winners! They will use the awarded funds toward the unexpected expense of purchasing a furnace to adequately heat the separated office and warehouse spaces of its new facility on Peger Road. Good¢ents is funded by the generous members of Golden Valley Electric Association. Since the program began in 2011, GVEA members have funded grants totaling $1,190,853. All grants from the Good¢ents Foundation are awarded to nonprofit organizations within GVEA’s service area. Applications are reviewed quarterly by a volunteer Board of Trustees. See More See Less Golden Valley Electric Assn. 24 hours ago Senator John Coghill, R-North Pole, was among four Alaskans honored at the Alaska Power Association and ARECA Insurance Exchange Annual Meeting on November 4.
